Hernandez Home Watch offers a variety of Home Services customized to meet the needs of our luxury part time residents in Naples, Florida. When you decide what level of service is best for you, handyman (home maintenance), home watch, or home management, we talk with you about exactly what kind of service will be in your best interest and set up a plan that will include everything you need – and probably some things you didn’t realize you need too.
Home Service Options
Naples Home Watch Services
Our Home Watch Services for Naples FL part time residents includes (but may not be limited to) the following items:
- Mail Check – including disposal of junk mail
- Walk through and check entire home, inside and out
- Check electrical circuits and bulbs
- Check air conditioning system
- Check home electronics
- Check smoke detectors
- Check sinks and flush all toilets
- Check hot water heater, washer, dryers, and utilities for water leaks
- Storm services also available at an additional charge
All home watch services include checking for water intrusion, any signs of criminal activity, and pest infestation.
Naples Handyman Services / Home Maintenance
Some of our Handyman Services include (but are not limited to) the following items:
- Install fans and replace light fixtures
- Replace A/C filters
- Move furniture
- Home cleaning
- Power washing including driveways, walkways, decks, and lanai
- Screen repair and replacement
- Home Networking (WIFI) and printer set-up
- CCTV
- Hang TV’s
- Hurricane Shutter Installation (additional charge)
- Holiday decorations (at an additional charge)
Naples Home Management Services
Home Management Services include well…everything part time Naples residents need. All of our Home Watch and Handyman services are included in our Naples Home Management Services (except those at an additional fee).
This service best fits our luxury clients because it allows us to cutomize our service to their needs. Condo residents don’t need driveway power washing, but they might need 3 stories power washed. Or, they might not need it at all. We are able to customize our services to meet our luxury clients specific and discerning needs, charging them for the work to simply be done when they are out of town. When they return, their home is in beautiful condition and ready for them. They need do nothing but relax and enjoy.
